Build a Search campaign for our CRM: three ad groups by intent, with keywords, negatives and ads. $80 a day, US and Canada. Three ad groups, each with its own keywords and two responsive search ads. I added ten negatives so job and login searches stay out.

Step by step

What happens when you run it

  1. 01ReadOpens the account first: goals, existing campaigns, pages and the media library. Nothing is planned from memory.
  2. 02PlanBuilds the whole campaign as one plan you can read, with every setting in plain language.
  3. 03ValidateSends the exact plan to Google with validate-only. Anything Google would reject is fixed before you see it.
  4. 04ApproveYou review the card and change what you want. It is created only when you approve, then read back field by field.
Make it yours

Then keep talking

The conversation stays open. Each follow-up changes the same answer or plan — and anything that writes is checked again before you approve it.

  • Add a fourth ad group for competitor searches
  • Switch bidding to Target CPA at $45
  • Turn on AI Max, but keep my URLs
  • Run it Monday to Friday, 8am to 8pm
FAQ

Questions, answered

Does this create the campaign right away?

No. It shows the full plan, Google validates it, and it is created only when you approve. Until then it is a plan you can change.

Can I edit the ads before creating it?

Yes. Ask for different headlines, another ad group or other keywords, and the same plan is updated and validated again.

Which account does it run on?

The Google Ads account selected in your workspace. If you run several, it asks which one before reading anything.
