Before you start

Sign in to Adstudio and connect ChatGPT Ads under Integrations with your OpenAI Ads account. Then turn on MCP in Settings → MCP.

  • Tip: Run gemini mcp list, or /mcp inside the CLI, to check that Adstudio is connected.
  • Tip: Sign-in opens a browser, so connect on a machine with one, not on a headless server.

    Add the server

    In your terminal, run gemini mcp add --transport http adstudio https://useadstudio.com/api/mcp.

    Start Gemini CLI

    Run gemini. It finds Adstudio and opens your browser to sign in.

    Sign in

    Sign in with your Adstudio account. If it asks again later, type /mcp auth adstudio.

    Ask

    Ask your question. Type /mcp at any time to see the Adstudio tools.
