Jira: Tickets From Your Ad Data

Adstudio now supports Jira. The assistant reads what your team already has in flight, opens assigned tickets from findings, and — new in this release — moves an issue through your workflow and corrects its fields.

Jira

  • Connect Your Jira Site: Adstudio now supports Jira Cloud — connect a site and the assistant can read its projects, issues and comments for context
  • Tickets From Findings: Create an assigned issue carrying the figures and the window, with the campaign attached as a Jira Web Link, so it is still actionable a week later
  • Comment and Link: Post what an analysis found onto the ticket that tracks it, or attach a campaign to a ticket your team already has
  • Edit and Transition: Move an issue through its workflow — To Do to In Progress to Done — and correct a summary, description, due date or labels. Status names are matched against your project's real workflow, so a localised or customised board works as-is
  • Scoped Searches: Issue searches are capped and report when they were truncated, so an answer never claims it saw your whole backlog when it did not
  • /jira: Route a request to Jira explicitly with a slash command

How Writes Work

  • You Confirm Everything: Every ticket, comment and edit is proposed as a confirmation card you click. Nothing reaches Jira until you approve it
  • Nothing Gets Deleted: Adstudio has no delete path, and it cannot reassign an issue someone else already owns
  • Your Board Stays Yours: Adstudio never mirrors Jira into its own task list, and never pushes its tasks out. They are separate destinations, not two views of one thing. The Adstudio board remains the default for new work unless you name Jira
